You can check your order’s shipping and tracking status by following these steps:

  1. Open the Orders tab in your Sellvia account.

  2. Find the order you are inquiring about.

  3. Check the fulfillment status of the order.

'Shipped' status appears when your order is shipped and got a tracking ID. Tracking IDs appear in your Sellvia AccountOrders → Tracking.

Now you can check whether the package has been delivered to the customer by checking the tracking IDs on USPS.

Once the order is delivered, its status will change into 'Delivered'.
